Star Consultant Tip:
I made the goal of becoming a star non-negotiable. Therefore, the only way I was able to attain it was to make sure that I wouldn’t overwhelm myself and instead I would take consistent baby step in achieving my goal. I set aside thirty minutes a day devoted to nothing but IPA’s.

Some days I went above and beyond my goal but overall I made sure that I spent a good solid thirty minutes doing activities that would increase my productivity. With making time for my business I had to include my spouse in my expectations I had for myself which held me more accountable to my goal. I now had someone watching over me as I reached towards my goal. Throughout the day, I would visual myself reaching the goal and how that would give me personal satisfaction.
